1. Be licensed, bonded and insured.
2. Submit a written proposal containing the same materials and scope of work as Manning Enterprizes’ estimate.
3. Warranty all labor or services for three years or more.
4. Guarantee all materials will be installed according to manufacturer’s specifications.
