Manning Enterprizes offers a wide range of products and services! We are adept at many types of craftsmanship and fascinated by all things related to building. If you need something built or repaired, we will find a way or find someone who can!
Hourly Rate & Fees: Your project will be billed Time & Material (T&M) at a labor rate of $100.00 per hour, ($40.00 for apprentices and $25.00 for laborers), plus materials we provide to complete the work. You are welcome to provide your own materials. Other charges where appropriate may include: subcontractor fees, permits, trash removal and/or special equipment fees. Your bill will be itemized accordingly and submitted upon completion of work.
Appointment Cancellation or Rescheduling: Due to the expense incurred to have a handyman travel to your home we require a 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling of your scheduled appointment. If for any reason you are unable or no longer desire to keep your scheduled appointment and the required 24 hour cancellation notice is not given, the credit card number you provided will be charged a flat fee of $75.00 to offset this expense. This is a non-refundable fee and can not be applied to any future appointments.
Payment & Payment Methods: Payment is due upon completion of your project. We ask that you examine our workmanship and make arrangements for payment either by check or credit card. We also offer financing (click here for our financing information) for your convenience! This requires preapproval prior to your scheduled appointment. A charge of 18% APR will be assessed on all past due invoices unless prior arrangements have been made.
Warranty: Our work is warrantied for 5 years from the date of completion. Click here to view our Standard Limited Warranty document.
